This specialisation will provide you with an insight into the increasingly complex global environment in which individuals and corporations operate. Learning Outcomes

  1. Develop and apply specialist legal knowledge to critically analyse complex private and commercial law problems, concepts and theories, incorporating social, comparative or transdisciplinary approaches. (PLO 1,4)
  2. Research, evaluate, and synthesise case law, legislation, and scholarly writings to develop solutions to private and commercial law problems. (PLO 2,3,5)
  3. Critically reflect on and communicate theoretical, policy and practical information and issues in private and commercial law to legal and non-legal audiences. (PLO 6,7)
