- Have obtained familiarity with the theory, policy and principles related to corporate governance in Australia and in the OECD countries
- Have obtained a thorough knowledge of fiduciary duties and responsibilities owed by corporate directors and officers within Australia
- Be conversant with recent debates and reform initiatives in the area of corporate governance within Australia and in some international jurisdictions
