This course is designed to give an expansive insight into the conceptual and visual possibilities of compositing with particular reference to its application to a variety of different creative arts practices such as video, painting, photography or printmedia. Students will be required to participate in technical programs and demonstrations aimed at building proficiency in the use of compositing software and processes to develop a resolved and integrated creative work. Occupational Health and Safety instruction is included.

Assessment includes periodic critique and review sessions that provide ongoing feedback on work in progress.
