Students enrol in this course when they have been approved to participate in a formal Law exchange with one of the Australian National University's overseas exchange partners.

For further information on academic aspects of exchanges and the necessary approvals, Director, Exchange & International Programs (Law): exchange.law@anu.edu.au.  Please note that all law students in double degrees require Law School approval prior to applying, even if they do not intend to study law while on exchange.

The ANU uses Turnitin to enhance student citation and referencing techniques, and to assess assignment submissions as a component of the University's approach to managing Academic Integrity. While the use of Turnitin is not mandatory, the ANU highly recommends Turnitin is used by both teaching staff and students.
