In 2014 the special topic will be "Space Law"

This course examines the underlying legal principles that specifically regulate the use, exploration and exploitation of space, and is analyses how these and other principles of International Law can and should be applied to the many different State and private commercial uses of outer space.

Research essay of 6,000-8,000 words or equivalent.

Students must rely on the Approved Assessment which will be posted to the course homepage on the ANU Law website, prior to the commencement of the course.

The ANU uses Turnitin to enhance student citation and referencing techniques, and to assess assignment submissions as a component of the University's approach to managing Academic Integrity.
