Only Asia Pacific Week committee members can enrol. The committee is selected in October/November of the previous year. Please contact the CAP Student Centre for more information.Indicative Assessment
(i) a learning journal (3,000 words) kept by the student reflecting on tasks undertaken, the knowledge and skills acquired, and an overall evaluation of the experience (40%);(ii) a 2,500 word critical review of one of the panels in terms of its organisation, format, content, degree of innovation, engagement with key current/academic issues; and audience response (40%).
(iii) a report on the student's performance during the placement by the course convener (20%).
The ANU uses Turnitin to enhance student citation and referencing techniques, and to assess assignment submissions as a component of the University's approach to managing Academic Integrity. While the use of Turnitin is not mandatory, the ANU highly recommends Turnitin is used by both teaching staff and students. Workload
Placement in an allocated portfolio on the Asia Pacific Week organising committee. Systematic and frequent journal entries, and regular correspondence with the student committee director. Attendance at team meetings and meetings with the course convenor.Requisite and Incompatibility
