Using the text Peace Corps by Catherine van Klinken. The ten lessons are selected from this book. Lessons will focus on more complex topics ranging from health (saude) including body parts, dates and invitations, meetings and appointments, government, administration and sports (the sports content to be provided by the teacher). There are dialogues in each lesson, translation and reading. As in Tetum2A there is a weekly 10 minute presentation. Additional material will be given to students for reading.
The ANU uses Turnitin to enhance student citation and referencing techniques, and to assess assignment submissions as a component of the University's approach to managing Academic Integrity. While the use of Turnitin is not mandatory, the ANU highly recommends Turnitin is used by both teaching staff and students.
