Program Requirements

The Graduate Diploma of Public Policy requires the completion of 48 units, which must consist of:

48 units from completion of courses listed in one of the following Masters Degrees:

MCLCH Master of Climate Change

MEREC Master of Environmental and Resource Economics

MEMDV Master of Environmental Management and Development

MIDEC Master of International and Development Economics

MPUAD Master of Public Administration

MPUBP Master of Public Policy

The Graduate Diploma of Public Policy is an exit Award only and is not available for direct admission.

All applicants must meet the University’s English Language Admission Requirements for Students

  5. Develop policy recommendations in response to problems in changing policy environments
  6. Understand challenges relating to management, implementation and evaluation of public policies and respond to these
