Upon successful completion, students will have the knowledge and skills to:
By completing this unit the student will be able to
- increase the proficiency of spoken and written Thai
- increase oral fluency
- build on understanding of Thai structure and discourse
- increase the awareness of and understanding of Thai culture and society as well the culture and society of Thailand's neighbouring countries
- increase your understanding of and interest in some contemporary issues in Thailand
Graduate students attend joint classes with undergraduates but may expect more rigorous assessment and additional assignment work, tailored to the graduate student’s interests.
The ANU uses Turnitin to enhance student citation and referencing techniques, and to assess assignment submissions as a component of the University's approach to managing Academic Integrity. While the use of Turnitin is not mandatory, the ANU highly recommends Turnitin is used by both teaching staff and students.
