This course provides students with the opportunity, through various combinations of lectures, seminars, readings and written research and analysis, to complete intensive study in one or more topics relating to research methodologies that are applicable to music.
Upon successful completion, students will have the knowledge and skills to:Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of and ability to apply the selected research methodology, as negotiated with the Course Convenor.
- Demonstrate an ability to critically evaluate relevant methodological literature.

The ANU uses Turnitin to enhance student citation and referencing techniques, and to assess assignment submissions as a component of the University's approach to managing Academic Integrity.
