The Master of Financial Economics is an elite, interdisciplinary degree
preparing graduates for a career requiring advanced analytical skills
and drawing on an advanced knowledge of finance and economics. The
program not only teaches students how to apply well known models but
also equips them with an understanding of the technical foundations of
those models. These skills are highly marketable because they allow for
the design and empirical testing of new financial instruments and models
in new market environments.
About this degree
The Master of Financial Economics requires the completion of 96 units, which must consist of:

Enrolment Status
It is possible to enrol in fewer than 24 units per semester but it will take you longer to finish your program and get your degree. If you are an international student you must always be enrolled full-time in 24 units each semester.
Remember you will need to enrol in courses for both First Semester and Second Semester. You will be able to change your enrolment in courses up until Monday of Week 2 of each semester without penalty.
