This course develops skills in industry standard software packages for animation and video, as well as basic equipment including cameras, recorders, and lights. As well the use of facilities such as and recording studios are introduced. Students will begin a process of personal investigation and critical evaluation, linking concepts and processes through individual responses to set projects. Instruction will be through technical classes and project-based assignments. Occupational health and safety instruction is an integral part of this course.
