This course enables students to reach an intermediate level of Mongolian. It consolidates and builds on the skills learned in the two first year Mongolian courses. It focuses on active oral and writing skills and reading comprehension.

2. Understand and apply intermediate Mongolian grammatical concepts and aspects of language learning methodology
3. Summarise a newspaper article or short text in intermediate level Mongolian
4. Understand native Mongolian speakers from extracts of news and films
