Program Requirements

The Doctor of Philosophy requires the submission and successful examination of a thesis of up to 100,000 words.

Study consists of two to four years of full-time study or part-time equivalent.

There is no prescribed coursework required for the completion of this degree.

Admission Requirements

To be admitted to the Doctor of Philosophy program you are required to have completed a relevant degree with H1 (first class) Honours (or equivalent). Students with upper 2nd class honours (H2A) may be eligible for admission and are encouraged to apply. Applicants seeking to apply for a scholarship must have achieved the minimum result of an H1 Honours (or equivalent) to be considered.

Domestic students
