Program Requirements

The Graduate Diploma of Public Health requires the completion of 48 units, which must consist of:

A minimum of 24 units from completion courses from the subject area POPH Population Health

A maximum of 24 units from completion of courses from the following list:

The Graduate Diploma of Public Health is an exit Award only and is not available for direct admission.

The Graduate Diploma of Public Health draws on existing courses offered in the Master of Public Health and Master of Public Health (Advanced) offered by the College of Medicine, Biology and Environment. It is intended primarily as an exit award for students who are unable, for a variety of reasons, to complete a Master degree but have completed 48 units of credit toward their postgraduate program.
