Intensive study of a particular theme in anthropology, through a combination of lectures, tutorials and prescribed readings as required by the discipline.

- Synthesise relevant knowledge; and
- Communicate the investigation and its findings in oral and written formats.
Other InformationThis course may be repeated for credit up to a maximum of two times (total of 12 units) if a different topic is taken each time.
Indicative AssessmentAnnotated bibliography, 2000 words (20%) [Learning Outcome 2]
Research report, 5000 words (70%) [Learning Outcomes 1, 2, 3]
Oral presentation based on final report, 30 minutes (10%) [Learning Outcome 3]
