This course is connected to the Yuill Scholarship to support students to take part in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) Traineeship Program.

The primary duties of the trainee will be to assist Members of the Court in their tasts, including carrying out research, preparing case files, and drafting various types of documents.

Indicative Assessment

  1. 6,000 - 8,000 word report based on the internship marked by a member of the staff of the ANU College of Law. (null) [LO null]

The ANU uses Turnitin to enhance student citation and referencing techniques, and to assess assignment submissions as a component of the University's approach to managing Academic Integrity.
