This Special Topics course (reading course) in Macroeconomics will cover a large amount of material and special advanced topics in Macroeconomics that are not covered in regular RSE courses. Topics will be delivered at higher level and tailored to Lecturer/Student needs.

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion, students will have the knowledge and skills to:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of advanced theoretical models that form the basis of current research in advanced macroeconomics;
  • Synthesize some of the recently created knowledge in macroeconomics;
  • Ability to undertake an independent research project.
 

Indicative Assessment

Specified by Convener (will have at least 2-3 assessments pieces, with the first assessment scheduled and with feedback received by week 6).
