Project Management Specialisation

By undertaking the specialisation in Project Management, students learn research-informed, best practice, industry-recognised techniques for the full project management cycle, including the development of project business cases, and the ensuing planning, leadership, monitoring and evaluation.

Learning Outcomes

On satisfying the requirements for theproject management specialisation, students will have the knowledge and skillsto:

  •  develop a business case for newprojects;
  • use tools for projectselection, planning, leading, reporting and tracking;
  • evaluate project success;
  • explain and illustrate howprojects are funded; and,
