The LPDP Blue, Green, Digital Specialisation offers a unique and curated degree journey that equips a select group of LPDP scholarship students with the tools to understand critical policy challenges and opportunities facing Indonesia today. These include managing Indonesia's ocean economy, encompassing aquaculture, fisheries, tourism, coastal management and renewables (blue); governing land-based resources, renewable energy and agriculture (green); and guiding the nation’s technological future, including AI, digitization, e-government and technology equity and access (digital). Multidisciplinary in nature, the LPDP Blue, Green, Digital Specialisation will highlight key theories, principles and approaches, providing a foundation for complex policy analysis, development and implementation across a range of contexts and agencies.  

 

Students completing the LPDP Blue, Green, Digital Specialisation will also benefit from opportunities to develop peer networks, participate in student events and attend special lectures, all of which will be facilitated by a dedicated convenor for the specialisation. The convenor will also advise students regarding appropriate course selection.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of key debates in one or more aspects of blue, green and digital policy.
  2. Identify and apply appropriate analytical methods to emerging challenges in one or more aspects of blue, green and digital policy.
  3. Develop innovative policy recommendations for complex problems in one or more aspects of blue, green and digital policy.
  4. Communicate relevant solutions to key audiences.

This specialisation is only available to students in the LPDP Blue, Green, Digital scholarship program undertaking the Master of Public Policy.
