The program requires completion of 96 units. Students who
are seeking a CPA or a CA associate membership are required to complete
the following (if they have not done any accounting courses in their previous
studies):

BUSN7031,
BUSN7057,
BUSN7021
and BUSN7054.
Students can choose to complete either the Sustainability and Accounting Specialisation or the Analytics for Accounting Specialisation. The suggested study plan is for a Master of Accounting with no specialisation. Please choose your courses carefully if you wish to graduate with a specialisation.
Students who commence the Master of Accounting in Semester 2 may need to complete courses in a different order to that listed in the suggested study plan. Please check with the CBE Student Services team if unsure of your study plan.
Enrolment Status
It is possible to enrol in less than 24 units per semester but it will take you longer to finish your program and get your degree. If you are an international student you must always be enrolled full-time in 24 units each semester.
You are encouraged to enrol in courses for both First Semester and Second Semester. You will be able to change your enrolment in courses up until Monday of week 2 of each semester without penalty.
