Fee Information

All students are required to pay the Services and amenities fee (SA Fee)

The annual indicative fee provides an estimate of the program tuition fees for international students and domestic students (where applicable). The annual indicative fee for a program is based on the standard full-time enrolment load of 48 units per year (unless the program duration is less than 48 units). Fees for courses vary by discipline meaning that the fees for a program can vary depending on the courses selected. Course fees are reviewed on an annual basis and typically will increase from year to year. The tuition fees payable are dependent on the year of commencement and the courses selected and are subject to increase during the period of study.

Scholarships

ANU offers a wide range of scholarships to students to assist with the cost of their studies.

Eligibility to apply for ANU scholarships varies depending on the specifics of the scholarship and can be categorised by the type of student you are.  Specific scholarship application process information is included in the relevant scholarship listing.

For further information see the Scholarships website.

You can apply for this program, if you wish to study a non-award course or if you wish to undertake cross-institutional study at ANU.

Non-award study

Enrolling in a non-award course lets you study individual courses without leading to the award of a whole degree. This type of study is not commonwealth-supported for domestic students. You will need to pay full fees for the courses you take. You will not have access to a Higher Education Loan Program (HELP). International students will pay international student fees. You can find out how much each course will cost by searching the Programs & Courses website for your course and checking the fees information.

International students should note that ANU will not issue a confirmation of enrolment (COE) for non-award study. You must already hold a visa that allows you to study in Australia.

More information about non-award study can be found here.

Cross-institutional study

If you are currently enrolled in a degree at another Australian university, and you would like to complete an ANU course while still receiving?credit towards your degree, you can apply to study at ANU as a cross-institutional student.

Applications for cross-institutional study are subject to place availability in the courses you are applying to study. You may only study courses at the same academic level in which you are enrolled at your home institution.

You will require approval from your home institution to undertake cross-institutional study at ANU.

More information about cross-institutional study can be found here.
