The Middle Eastern and Central Asian Studies specialisation introduces students one of the most important regions in the world. Drawing on multiple disciplinary approaches, students will come to appreciate the contemporary and historical dynamics of the region, as well as some of the international, political, economic, social and religious, and cultural trends that shape the Middle East and Central Asia and the world beyond.

This specialisation requires the completion of 24 units, of which:
A minimum of 12 units must come from completion of 8000-level courses
