Design students will learn the structure of glaze and develop the abilty to create colurs and surfaces. With a focus on finishes for ceramic designed work. How to design testing and development of the glaze methodologies for example line blend, tri-axil blend, square blend & colour blends. How to design he testing & development program which will lead to the student developing their own palette of glazes. For a functional use on design work. Occupational health and safety instruction is an integral part of this course.
