The Printmedia and Drawing major equips students with a range of practical, critical and research skills which will enable them to fully realise the conceptual and visual possibilities of drawing, printmaking and related media in their professional practice. An environment is provided where students can, through discussion and critical evaluation, develop self-reliance, confidence and the ability to communicate effectively. Students benefit from a Visiting Artists program which incorporates the expertise of artists, printers, and designers into teaching and learning. Students also benefit from field trips, both interstate and into the landscape.

School of Art & Design studio courses have a limited enrolment capacity. Students are advised to enrol as early as possible to maximise the opportunity of securing a place.
